Great contractor and team. We had them help us modify a property to increase the master bathroom from a tiny bathroom to make the space more functional. The dedication, consultation and no BS approach worked well. Great crew and the estimate was very detailed.

A Terminix inspector came by for an annual inspection. After he was done, I asked him if he found any problems. He said, "no problems but you may want to get some protective options for your house since I can tell that you just recently renovated your house." When I told him it was renovated 16+ years ago, he was shocked! He said that he was so certain that it was done only a few months ago! Great endorsement of the outstanding, durable, and top-of-the-line work that SEA Construction does. Done right and done to last!

Several years ago, Steve Albert’s company, S.E.A. Construction Co., completed a turnkey remodel of our home, which included replacing the exterior siding. We chose a durable fiber cement composition siding material manufactured by James Hardie Building Products, Inc. In my opinion, S.E.A. Construction Co. provided excellent workmanship in installing the siding. They were easy to work with, very reliable, and always responsive to any questions we had. If you are considering installation of new exterior siding to your home, I highly recommend the S.E.A. Construction Co; their division dedicated to exterior siding is called Peninsula Siding Company. S.E.A. is an approved and certified installer of James Hardie Building Products, Inc. To this day, my wife and I are extremely happy and pleased to have used Steve Albert as our contractor and without any reservations recommend his company for anyone planning to remodel or install exterior siding.

SEA Construction, led by Steve and his attentive project managers, took on the challenge of updating three bathrooms and part of a kitchen in a 110-year old colonial revival house - without altering the character. They put together a team that had the skills to remove and perfectly restore redwood siding, wainscoting, coved plaster ceilings, and more. The result was modernized rooms that looked like they always were that way. Somehow, with cabinetry magic, even drawer dishwashers look like they belong. Most importantly, each worker, whether painter. plumber, electrician, roofer or plasterer seemed truly concerned that they got it right. Now, one year later, all is still good!
